The Rutland Walk site presented an opportunity to turn a disused sports complex into a thriving community hub and content creation space.
The space would be refurbished to include new multimedia facilities, refurbished sports facilities with spectator stands and a food bank to support the most disadvantaged in the local community.

Meeting Pods
The pods are available via an online booking system, with the option to order food and drinks from the multiple vendors onsite. With space for 2 - 6 people, the soundproof pods provide a comfortable, private space.
Our new bar and meeting pods provide an amazing bright space for networking, business meetings and team coworking. The pods are available via a booking system, with the option to order food and drinks from the multiple vendors onsite.

Our fully stocked bar is where luxury meets comfort. With plush velvet seating, loads of natural light and a calming ambience. Whether you have a quick meeting, or just want to have a couple of drinks, we are happy to accommodate.

We opted for a nude palette for our office installations on this project, the intentions was for the workspace to be calming, with lots of natural light coming from the large windows.
This is one of two concepts developed for the office spaces.
